Livingston Legacy Project-Restore NY
The Town Board of Town of Rockland has scheduled a public information session for December 19, 2024, at 7:00PM in the Town Hall to share a property assessment list relative to the town’s submission of an application to Empire State Development for financial assistance under the Restore NY Communities Initiative. The 42,544 square foot Livingston Legacy project includes adaptive reuse of facilities located at the Keiser Equipment site located at Pleasant and Main Streets for the purpose of hospitality, small scale manufacturing, and public amenities.
The following properties will be submitted for consideration:

2. Open/Closed Market – 3,680 sq. ft. zoned as commercial, rehabilitation to be conducted, previously vacant
3. Public Facility – 3,348 sq. ft. zoned as commercial, rehabilitation to be conducted, previously vacant
4. Welcome Center – 9,486 sq. ft. zoned as commercial, rehabilitation to be conducted, previously vacant
5. Convention Center – 11,400 sq. ft. zoned as commercial, rehabilitation to be conducted, previously vacant
6. Sake Brewery – 6,280 sq. ft. zoned as commercial, rehabilitation to be conducted, previously vacant
